I love the craftsmanship involved with sewing a pattern, from the choice of seam finish down to the details like clipping corners. Creating a beautiful, durable garment from scratch is such a satisfying task and that’s before you even get to wear it! My love of the old techniques shows through in these patterns, with hand-finished necklines and French seams. Although sometimes you really need a quick and easy project too. So each of my garment patterns includes different finishing techniques, so you can complete them by machine or by hand depending on your time constraints and mood.  

Finding your own style and preferences is a very special part of the sewing lifestyle. I created the Wardrobe Oracle workbook to outline my process to define my unique style and plan a list of meaningful sewing projects.
